WHAT HAVE WE EVER DONE?

There is obviously a targeted and intentional war against the queer community in South Africa. It seems people have become comfortable is in slaughtering us. Our lives are being taken away by those who have different opinions of us.

In another sad development Lonwabo Jack was murdered in Nyanga, Cape Town just after he had celebrated his 22nd birthday.

According to sources close to him, Lonwabo was a proud member of the community who shared his time and energy in LGBTI projects. his passing had been described by activists as inhuman, violent and ruthless.

However, the family of the slain Lonwabo are appealing to the LGBTI community locally and internationally to help on giving our dearly departed a dignified send-off. They are seeking assistance in arranging his upcoming funeral and are appealing to the Global LGBTIQ community to assist them with whatever that you can with regards to the following crucially needed items:

*Coffin
*Groceries
*Transport arrangements(Bus)

Details of where to make these donations are available at most LGBTI organisations in Cape Town. Also, you may contact EXIT on info@exit.co.za we will direct you accordingly.

Long live the spirit of Lonwabo. #JusticeForLonwabo
